This role focuses on leading the brands under Clout Indonesia Group, overseeing brands like Pods Indonesia, The Scent Project and Omni Fragrance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales within E-Commerce.
- Lead and mentor teams for effective execution of marketing, sales, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize your extensive E-Commerce and marketing communication experience to identify market trends.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Analyze and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of Brand Specialist experience in any industries.
E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, and Consumer Personal Care will be a plus point.
- Proven leadership skills and team management skill.
- Deep knowledge of E-Commerce trends, platforms, and customer behaviors.
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
