**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree from Communication / Marketing Communication
- Preferably had 2 years experience at least
- Min GPA 3,30 from reputable university
- Responsible, trustworthy, dicipline and initiative
- Upper intermediate / Advance in English (verbal and written)
- Good in time management, handling event and everything about brand awareness
- Excellent in communication
- Good ability to create concept and manage brand management / Marketing Communication / 360 Marketing
**Responsibilities**:
- Event strategy, Event Execution, & Monitoring - work with internal stakeholders in development of quarterly/annual event strategy. Set event objectives, success measures and detailed action plans to support overall marketing strategy. Manage event organizers / third parties in strategy and execution of event & brand activation projects. Ensure each event details are optimized without reducing brand consistency and risking timely delivery.
- Working close to stakeholder
- Creative Plan & Execution:
- Creative Key visual & video plan & development
- Creative marketing output (Key Visual/ Video/ Spec Card, Guideline, etc.) Sharing to all stakeholders
- Agency Management:
- Coordinate day to day operation with agencies together with Corporate Marketing
- Initiate weekly meeting with agency partners
- Cross Function Alignment & Coordination:
- Work closely with Product Marketing division to initiate product launch & sustenance campaign
- Work closely with cross marketing stakeholder (Activation, CRM, PR, Media, Digital, Retail, Online, etc.) in order to create marketing plan & execution
- Administration Process:
- Supporting marketing team administration process (Finance, BQMS, legal, PUMI approval, etc.)
- Request & organize FOC sample to be utilized for marketing purpose
