**Marketing Communication Manager** is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a company's marketing, social media, branding, and communication activities.
His/her job description involves creating all marketing materials and organizing all marketing events to expose company products and offerings to its target audience.
**Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities**:
- Planning and organizing promotional events such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc.
- Increasing and managing brand awareness and business's social media content on various social media platforms and offline modes
- Designing and creating online marketing content and promotional materials
- Collaborating and working closely with the Global Marketing Communication team
- Creating and maintaining a detailed report on the various marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Networking with potential customers and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company's products
**Required Skills/ Abilities**:
- Have excellent communication skills both in English & Bahasa
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Great copywriting skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent media planning, social media, video content, and brand marketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines
- A team player, and ability to work independently
- Highly motivated and creative individual
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 1 - 3 years in-job related experience however Fresh Graduates having the above qualifications are welcome to apply
- Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, Communications Assistant, or a similar position in the Marketing department is preferred
