Marketing Communication Manager

**Main Responsibility**:

- Plan & execute all campaign activities, promotional activities, annual & seasonal events, collaborations and activations (ATL & BTL).
- Designs effective and efficient promotional marketing & branding strategy, and also manage monthly promotional activities
- Bekerja sama dengan pihak external terkait Marketing Barter, Marketing Regular Activity dan Support Event.
- Designs and manage digital promotional strategy in relevant e-commerce platforms or social medias.
- Co-op with Head of Store Operations related with any campaigns, events and promotions periodically / seasonal.
- Lead Marketing Communication team to create any attractive, efficient and effective marketing campaigns / events.

**Persyaratan**:

- Held bachelor degree majoring Mass Communications, Public Relations or Visual Communication Design from reputable university.
- Experienced as Marketing Communication Manager / Head of Marcomm at least 3 years, especially in Fashion/ Garment/ Apparel Retail industry.
- Possess deep understanding related to increasing Brand Awareness, managing Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Advertising & Promotion.
- Creative, talkative, and capable in building concept based on effective strategic thinking to create Marketing, Branding and Promotional activities.
- Possess excellent leadership skill.
- This position will be working at Pluit - Penjaringan, North Jakarta
