Coordinate and manage public relations efforts.Manage and lead the marketing communications team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.Organize and promote events, product launches, and trade shows to engage with clients and partners.Analyze marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns and provide regular reports to CEO.Bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience as Leader/Head in Marketing Communications division (min. 5 years)Strong leadership and team management skills.Strong written and oral skills**Have deep understanding and experience in**:Brand communicationMarketing strategyBrand positioning in new brand (launching strategy,communication, and positioning)Omni channel marketing (offline and online)Social media handlingProject managementMedia RelationEvent planner and organizer
