**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation and product promotion.
- Collaborates with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, videos and digital ads.
- Manage and update the company's website content to ensure it aligns with the marketing communication strategy and maintains a fresh and compelling online presence.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and tracking key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing communication strategies,
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers and partners to secure media coverage and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure marketing communication efforts are aligned with business goals,
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with analytical to track and report on marketing communication performance.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, with experience in graphic design and video editing as a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of F&B Industry requirements is a plus.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
