**Marketing Communication Specialist**:

As a Marketing Communication Specialist for Electrification business, you will be responsible for implementing assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools in line with global business strategy and messages, corporate communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning. Reporting to Marketing Manager APAC, you will be overseeing work provided by internal and/or external resources. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Proposing and implementing marketing communication programs and messages including publicity, editorial support, web content validated by Marketing Communications Manager
- Ensuring executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy
- Working closely with sales and marketing team to develop and executing creative concepts related to all communication platforms in accordance with the corporate branding guidelines and business strategy
- Organizing events, webinars and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business
- Collaborating with the team for employee engagement and internal events
- Managing the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities, product launches and marketing initiatives
- Generating leads via advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities, using the tool as a hub for integrated marketing communications
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or public relations
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in marketing communications with strong execution in event management
- Previous experience in creating different content formats including social media.
- Excellent demonstration of computer literacy skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite programs and other digital communications tools
- Creative mindset and a drive to innovate
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
