**Job Responsibility**:
create and enhance communication strategy (external and internal source)
Measure, track, and analyze marketing results to inform effective decision making
ensure that brand identity, messaging, marketing and communications strategy, are infused throughout all organization efforts
Build strong relationship across the organization to stay current on our innovate programming and collaborations also infuse an awareness in all working function.
cooperate with other division in creating marketing comunications strategies
**Job Requirements**:
Minimum of seven years of experience in marketing communication, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
