Job Description
Provide contract strategy for oil and gas sales, and assist Partners in implementing that strategy particularly to maximize production facilities and to ensure pricing are aligned with the approved Project Economics.
Provide input for sales forecast (weekly and monthly), budget and LRP as requested by Corporate and Management, and review Forecast provided by the Operator/Joint Venture Company and update info if there is any turnaround from the facilities or from gas buyers.
Work with the Operator/Joint Venture Company, Regional Commercial, Legal in reviewing gas sales contracts to ensure the contractual terms and conditions are in compliance with corporate requirements.
Monitor and manage the administration of the oil and gas contract cycle i.e. contract execution, contract implementation, contract modification, contract extension and contract close-out;
Oversee the implementation of all the sales agreements by working with the Operator/JV Company and Regional office and provide solutions to problems arising therefrom;
Formulate and review gas sales agreements for the projects in Indonesia and supervise the implementation of gas sales from Indonesia projects.
Assist and coordinate evaluation of new ventures, particularly the marketing aspects of those new ventures.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in any major, Business or Law will be a plus.
Min. 10 years in oil and gas contracting.
Proven expertise and capabilities in analysis and management.
Sound knowledge of contract procedures.
Understand or know about regulations in relation to Oil and gas sales/marketing.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience with government and industry involved with gas sales in Indonesia and specifically East Java.
Good business writing and oral communication skills in English.
