To prepare and submit to Business Unit Head the Annual and Monthly Sales target plans
To be responsible to obtain the accurate monthly allocation from Principal in total unit as well as model by :
Reviewing Sales Person Productivity, Retail Sales and Branches/Sub-dealer Evaluation, and Sales Recapitulation report
Approving Branches vehicles requirements
Meeting with Principal to get the right supply of vehicle allocation for Branches
Responsible for monthly unit allocation to Branches by :
Ensuring every Branches get the right vehicle allocation based on their request
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies in order to meet sales target and gain market share by :
Developing sales strategy and plan based on Market Share Report (Regpol)
Ensuring the sales target, market share, and customer satisfaction are in accordance with Principal’s standards
Working closely with Strategic Planning to review competitor’s strategies analysis
Reviewing action plans and strategies to compete with the competitors
Advising on development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Ensuring action plans implementation in Branches run well
Responsible for network expansion in accordance to Company’s objectives and Principal’s requirements by :
Reviewing new distribution channel opportunities identification
Ensuring distribution channel planning aligns with Principal’s requirements
Advising on the opening of new networks
Leading the evaluation meeting to review on channel’s (branches, outlets, sub-dealers) sales performance
Advising on back-up plans for underperforming networks
Presenting channel distribution result report to Senior Management
Responsible for the issuance of MOU for every promotion and campaign, or any other activities where expense are claimable or can be reimbursed from Principal by :
Ensuring the concept and objectives of promotion and campaign activities comply with Principal’s regulations
Overseeing the implementation manuals and action plan for promotion/campaign activities
Advising on implementation of campaign activities
Analyzing consolidated impacts of promotion and campaign activities to identify effectiveness of the programs
Conducting meeting with Principal and respective Department to present result of promotion and campaign activities
Responsible to comply with Principal’s requirement by :
Ensuring the fulfillment of sales training for the salesman in branches
Working closely with Principal in addressing customer’s complaints, issues and/or concerns
Ensuring the application of customer service at Branches is according to Principal’s standards
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business studies. Prefereably Master's Degree in any related field.
Experience in automotive industry (two wheels) with min. 5 years of working as Manager in Marketing Development or related field
Preferably have experience in handling multi branch company
Able to take intiative under challenge
Able to initiate ideas or improvements
