Your exciting roleAnalyze and monitor the main KPIs and CRM actions for Nusantics' customer baseTransfer customer's data into business insights, and plan for actions towards maximize the data potentialCollaborate in the definition and execution of different marketing campaigns.Plan and execute customer engagement initiativesMaintain customer loyalty programWork within Business Development department, and work closely with Marketing and Operation team to ensure business objectives are achievedSupport other departments in their use of the tool or their dataIdeally, you would havePassion in preserving Indonesia biodiversity through sustainable innovationsBachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Solid prior experience in a similar role minimum 2 yearsAnalytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
