As a Marketing Director, your main task is to attract target customers, promote product sales, and help companies promote the company's beauty and skin care products. Get more users to join in purchasing products. Improve the company's local visibility and influence. Establish good customer relationships
1. Take the lead in organizing the sales management, planning management, and customer management of the project;
2. Be responsible for organizing the positioning, promotion plan, sales strategy, pricing strategy, and sales plan of the project;
3. Be responsible for organizing the formulation of sales management and incentive systems, and reward and punish according to the assessment results and deal with the survival of the fittest;
4. Be responsible for organizing sales strategies and sales collection plans, and make timely adjustments according to actual conditions to achieve the annual sales target of the project;
5. Be responsible for the work arrangement, business guidance, performance assessment and other management work of the sales department members.
