**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools, provide reports, and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for ROI.
- Identify expansion opportunities within paid search channels while managing costs.
- Collaborate with cross function team to develop integrated digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure integration of SEO best practices into content creation and distribution.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret data on website traffic and user behavior.
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and assess A/B tests and other optimization efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience 2-5 years as a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Have an experience with eDM would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Indonesian and English
**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
