Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all our social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
Official Website, You tube and etc.
- Create creative post and campaign to increase the engagement between customers and admin
- To do live update and also some special event via social networking
- Responsible in preparing writing material, photo and video for social media updates.
- Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent 'on brand' manner in line with our marketing
objectives.
- Analyzing and prepare the report for data and feedback from customers and public to improve
performance
- Responsible doing survey and other marketing strategy for social media channels.
- Assisting in recruitment postings in career site and other social media channel including Facebook,
- Handling / update POS system ,food delivery and technical part
- Implement outstanding digital marketing campaigns across the official website, social media &
advertising.
- Growing number of potential followers/subscribers of social media platforms.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
- Respond to customers' requests and enquiries on social media channels.
- Fully exploit the social media & digital marketing potential of company's strong branding
- Proven at least 1 years of experience as **marketing executive** or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media management
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
Pay: Rp6,500,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month
