**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and support functions (internal and external) to campaign and initiatives that will enhance and demonstrate Grab's role as a thought leader and force for good.
- Identify opportunities, design and implement the end-to-end execution of campaigns, targeting merchants, to grow the business.
- Deliver high-quality work across creative, PR & media that aim to address the above, including content or collaterals that could support the building of trust with our customers and/or lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Work seamlessly with other marketing, business and operations teams; Lead and execute customers communications excellently.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Marketing Manager.
**The Must-Haves**:
- Familiar with the entire marketing mix - you have good knowledge of the Manado market market and media landscape; how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for B2B marketing and B2C marketing
- Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
- Resourceful and creative: Knack for identifying great marketing creative.
You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work.
- Excellent command of the English language; a precise writer.
- Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
- Years of experience: 2 - 3 years
