**At a glance**
This role will be an integral member of the **Singapore Marketing team** - responsible for managing and optimizing marketing assets on the platform to drive conversions.
- **Campaign Planning**: Along with the marketing team, develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Create compelling marketing collateral while efficiently managing current assets to boost conversion rates and engage the target audience.
- **Multi-Channel Marketing**: Help to execute marketing campaigns across various channels ensuring a consistent brand message.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior to guide campaign decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings.
**Skills & experiences required**
- 1-2 years of related experience in operations, and/or campaigns marketing, digital marketing, or similar experience in a fast-paced consumer startup
- HTML coding skill is a must-have
- Photoshop and image editing skills are a good bonus to have
- Ability to multitask, based on user behavior and outcomes of campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication of the English language
- Curious, independent and proactive mindset, with the ability to be productive and efficient with mínimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Willingness to learn, and to operate in a fast changing environment, where plans can change from day to day, depending on the situation & business needs
- Belief in the company's vision and mission, and willing to work hard to help achieve it
