Marketing Executive Taste & Beyond

This function will be reporting to the Marketing Manager Taste Division and will be based at dsm-firmenich Indonesia Headquarter - Jakarta.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Consumer and Sensory Insights:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer preferences, behavior, and emerging trends in the flavor industry.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to understand consumer needs, desires, and pain points.
- Develop surveys, questionnaires, and consumer tests to gather consumer insights.
- Coordinate sensory evaluations to support and validate the ongoing projects
- Utilize sensory data to support R&D Team in optimizing product formulations and promoting our flavor solutions to the clients.

Marketing Analysis & Product Development:

- Create persuasive marketing materials and product presentations using market data for both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market activities in food & beverage industry, including product launches, food service trend, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on market insights for marketing presentation and innovation activities.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to translate consumer and sensory insights into innovative and data-driven product concepts and flavor development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as product development, sales, and regional team, to achieve company goals

**You bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Food Technology/ Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2-3 years in consumer research, market insights, or sensory evaluation within the flavor or food industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract valuable insights.
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- A Team player who is able to initiate collaboration and work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong project management skills to deliver against tight deadlines
- Experience in using market research tools and software will be beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge in operating MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and Design software (optional)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Independent, creative, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
