Manage out-bond call projects for sponsored solution division to reach out to new potential LSS sellers at Company and existing LSS sellers.
- Communication with new potential sellers (non-adopted) is to share awareness about LSS product solutions, programs & promo offerings (if available) and get them to adopt LSS, top-up the balance, and activate the campaign.
- Communication to existing/adopted sellers is to have a top-up reminder (balance seller) and campaign activation and as well as share awareness about LSS product solution updates as needed.
- Manage overall customer interaction operation excellence while keep maintaining daily call target
- Ability to effectively communicate recommendations and manage to achieve the success rate target.
- Answering all questions from sellers and provide solutions to the problems.
- Collect all feedback from sellers and consolidate into a daily progress report.
- Identity and analyze prospected seller to be have a prioritization and follow up proactively.
- Provides weekly performance reports by analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and giving the recommendation.

**Requirement**
- Good project management
- Have a ads knowledge is a plus
- Able to write and speak in English
- Creative and agile thinking
