The Marketing and Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive MATA's user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of managing marketing campaigns, scaling user growth, and optimizing marketing performance across multiple channels.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Marketing Strategy**:- Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with MATA's goals, focusing on both organic and paid growth.- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features.- **Growth Optimization**:- Analyze user acquisition and engagement metrics to identify areas for optimization.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing campaigns, enhancing conversion rates and retention.- Develop strategies to scale MATA's growth in both the US and Indonesian markets.- **Brand Management**:- Ensure MATA's brand messaging is consistent and resonates with its target audience of young adults aged 18-35.- Manage content creation and public relations efforts, including press releases, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adapting MATA's marketing approach to maintain a competitive edge.- **Team Leadership**:- Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing strategic direction and performance feedback.- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including product development, content creation, and sales, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.- Report regularly to senior management on marketing performance, progress, and future strategies.**Requirements**:- **Experience**:- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies.- Prior experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing performance metrics.- **Skills**:- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across various stakeholders.- Leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.- **Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.- **Industry Knowledge**:- Familiarity with the digital media landscape, particularly news and lifestyle content, is highly desirable.- Understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, along with their digital habits and preferences.Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
