**JOB DETAIL**:
**Responsibilities**:
- To lead marketing team to achieve the same goal and lucrative target
- To ensure cargo for all vessels space are fixed and achieve revenue budget
- To do market reseatch and develop new market/business
- To maintain and improve relationship with customers
- Plan customer visit
- Explore market and predict market movement/trends
- Explore new market, new charterer, and new business opportunities
- Monitor vessel movement together with Operation
- Set working plan and working target, and monitor its implementation
- Monitor marketing staff performance
- Find prospective and suitable cargo to fill the vessel by closely look for spot inquiries
- Analyze and understand COA (Contract of Affreightment)/spot cargo pattern/requirement to arrange satisfactory vessel schedule
- Prepare vessels' next voyage based on market situation
- Supervise proposal for COA cargo and TC (Time Charter) cargo
- Plan regular visit to maintain current customer
- Develop and obtain new customer
- Build and maintain relationship with customer and/or related parties
- Update new development in shipping industry
- Assist GM for special project (TC/new business)
- Assist Operation in collecting B/L, Demurrage and freight payment
- General support to Operation for post fixture
**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Transportation), Marine Sciences, Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position, preferably have experience in shipping/chartering/sea
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Required Knowledge and Skill(s): shipping knowledge (general liquid cargo, vessel knowledge & international convention, pre&post-fixture, B/L & marine insurance, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, business awareness, able to planning organizing, controlling monitoring, coordination, efficiency, human relation, performance feedback, problem solving, decision making, developing other, team leadership
