We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team. As the Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing department and analyzing the performance of various marketing activities. Your role will involve spearheading the development of all marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Top Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting and analyzing data to provide insights into marketing activations across multiple channels including Website, Social Media, Partnerships, Campaigns, and E-Mail Marketing. Collaboration with sales and operations teams will also be a key aspect of this role to ensure cohesive strategies and effective implementation
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Medical/Clinic Operations is required.
- Fluent in English is preferable.
- Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
