Marketing Manager (Baby & Kids Category)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare annual marketing strategy and budget to enhance brand's awareness across Indonesia
- Manage marketing, communication, public relation, digital and offline campaign initiatives
- Develop CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty and conversion; also in charge of analysis and reporting of the programme
- Maintain marketing budget ( short
- and long-term plans ) to control costs
- Manage marketing team in the execution and team development
- Maintain relationship with media and other partners

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
- At least 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in managerial position. Preferably having experience in handling kids or fashion brand in retail industry.
- Having strong concept and analysis skill.
- Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
