**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing marketing strategies, market research, campaign plans, and analyzing research findings to increase brand reputation and achieve positive brand equityBudget and manage financial budgets (including calculating ROI) for the department

- Develop, implement, promote and publicize programs and/or events specifically designed to attract and meet market needs
- Conceptualize marketing campaigns based on marketing themes and review editorial content, layout design location, and printing specifications
- Ensure all communication materials on online and offline platforms provide user touch points
with marketing strategy
- Propose marketplace and social channels (including online delivery platforms and e-commerce) to reach the right target audience
- Develop, deliver the products to be sold, in this case the SSL brand and all of the products
- Communicate who the brand is, what they do, why they do it, and how they make a difference
- Build external relationships with media, vendors, partners and others
- Develop and evaluate the implementation of marketing strategies, branding and promotional activities
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Public Relations, Communications, or other relevant degrees
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing with prior F&B retail experience
- Needs to be data-driven
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally
- Able to multitask and handle multiple brands
