Prior marketing experience in FnB/Retail/FMCG Industry is a MUST**About the Company**:Our client is a leading lifestyle group in Indonesia with an extensive portfolio of brands.**Job Descriptions**:- To lead brand strategy and implement integrated marketing plans that relate to the business goals in order to drive brand awareness, perception, engagement and sales- Ensure brand identity and messages are consistently applied across all consumer touch points which include, digital marketing but not limited to, offline activities- Creating event that meets customer need and current trends to boost company's branding and revenue- Define clear and relevant KPIs for brand campaigns- Responsible for budget strategy and planning on each marketing with its targeted ROI and promotion channel- Responsible for advertising strategy and planning and its targeted ROAS- Improve relationship and build confidence and reassurance of company and consumers**Requirements**:- A minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in supervisory-level F&B Marketing /FMCG/Retail- Excellent leadership and management abilities.- Proficiency in written and spoken English.- Possess a solid understanding of the market and trends in FnB Industries- Incredibly well-organized, focused on ahead planning and effective time management.- Competent in solving issues under duress, dynamic, and practical.**Call for Action**:
