Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire business in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

**Job Description**:

- Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance.
- Develop strategic roadmap opportunities and requirements definition.
- Manage the budget and sales forecast.
- Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how.
- Lead and participate on cross functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies.
- Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Having expertise in marketing area minimum 8 years.
- Good communication skill and dynamic personality.
- Strive for excellence and creative idea.
- Willing to be placed at Erajaya Plaza - Gedong Panjang.
