Marketing Manager

marketing manager is responsible ALL AROUND marketing, branding to sales activity, leading their team who are involved in branding, marketing and sales activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.- Identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing to sales plans- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns to boost branding and sales- Recruiting, training, and supervising marketing and sales staff- Planning and setting marketing and sales targets- Monitoring sales performance and motivating and incentivizing staff to meet targets- Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities- Negotiating contracts when join event or sponsorship to increase branding- Ensure smooth effective collaboration across cross-functional teams such as the sales, service, program, and other functions- handling exhibition in mall or another place from loading in and outStrong data analysis skill, analytical thinking, business leadership, and good interpersonal skillAt least 3-5 years experience as Marketing. Preferably having experience in Beauty/ Fashion/ Media industry.Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.Have high creative ideas and conceptsWilling to work in a fast and tight rhythm of timeInterested in the beauty & medical industryActive on social Media, local organization and have a desire to learn/explore new thingsPay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
