**Responsibilities**:
- The Marketing Manager will lead market development and performance of the whole product categories of the company, provide strengths to company's brand positioning in the market, formulate strategic planning and marketing directions as well as make sure for excellent executions of the marketing plans to reach strategic goals of the Company. Marketing Manager will also lead customer service team in providing excellent after-sale-service activities.
- Manage and control the Marketing, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work allocation, conflict resolution and termination and manage all Marketing activities in the designated country.
- Define and align overall marketing strategies and plans to meet customer and consumer needs
- Develop and implement marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility and experience, as well as brand preference for the right customer and consumer segments
- Develop and maintain engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals in strengthening collaboration to meet mutual objectives
- Manage A&P investments as per agreed plans in reaching strategic goals of the Company Comply with Corporate & Government regulations in performing ethical business conducts
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Business or any related majors; master degree is preferable
- Prior experience in Marketing of minimum 4-7 years; relevant industry experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Personal Care and/or in Japanese corporations would be an added advantage.
- Strong in communication, self-learner, detail-oriented, proactive and systematic thinking
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and result-oriented
- Project management & stakeholder management
- Proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life-cycle management, product launches and customer service practices
- Able to develop and maintain engagement with medical professionals, associations, private and Government institutions
- Able to identify, organize and work closely with third party agencies in supporting the implementation of marketing plans
