Marketing Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least **3 years of working experience in Marketing, CRM or Sales **in FMCG or related industries
- Having **experience as a manager/ assistant manager is a plus**:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly
- Applicants must be willing to be placed in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
- Willing to travel if needed by the company

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for one year according to the targets
- Identify market growth opportunities, new products, and packaging based on customer demand and market trends
- Manage the brand image and reputation of the company's products
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Develop an annual budget plan for the internal Marketing Department and ensure budget usage aligned with the ROI plan
- Collaborate with the Sales team and CRM & Sales Support in providing resources
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline and improve company performance by improving business flow/ SOPs
