Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Define and maintain brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines, to ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Oversee the development of creative assets, such as advertising, packaging, and collateral materials, to reflect the brand's essence and values.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for senior management review and strategic decision-making.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Have experience (3+ years) in the same role, preferably within the service or education industry.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
