Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

- In charge of all marketing efforts for the brands under Select Group in Indonesia,
- Plan, lead and manage all marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the marketing budget,
- Develop and review all content for marketing materials,
- Work closely with operations team to create and execute new products to boost sales,
- Manage social media/website and respond to public's enquiries promptly,
- Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities such as media conferences,
- Keep updated with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations,
- Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner,
- Develop and create media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required,
- Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in F&B.
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa due nature of brands.
- Good brand and marketing communications skills and depth of experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver strong business results.
