Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
- Analyzing sales data and proposing strategies to improve revenue performance.
- Managing event calendar throughout the year.
- Supervising the planning and execution of all events and programs from start to finish.
- Lead marketing team including the Digital & Social Media Marketing, Marketing Strategic & Creative Designer's team.
- Keeping tabs on all marketing expenses and making sure that marketing budget is well-distributed throughout the year.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required
- 2+ years experience in a similar industry (F&B)
- Experience managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media and business partner relationships
- Should display groomed appearance, professionalism and enthusiasm when representing the company
- Have a great strategy and action on how to increase Branding Awareness and Revenue Sales
- Great leadership and management skills.
- Excellent product and market knowledge.
- Social media and technology savvy.
- Curiosity and hunger about emerging F&B trends.
- Highly organized, strong forward planning mindset and sound time management skill.
- Will be placed in Bandung
