Marketing Manager - Midplaza Building

**Responsibilities**:- Brand awareness. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness of Midplaza Hub.- Website and social media management. Manage the company's website and social media channels. Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of each channel and optimize the marketing budget accordingly.- Community management. Plan and execute offline events to build a strong community presence. Build and manage a thriving community of members and users.- Lead generation. Work with the sales team to close deals and achieve lead generation goals.**Requirements**:- Indonesian national, or foreign national willing to immediately relocate to Jakarta.- Business level fluency in English and Indonesian spoken and written language. Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage.- Public ecosystem presence & strong network - track record of and desire to continue engaging on a regular basis with entrepreneurial and corporate communities. History of thought leadership in areas relevant to startups and Japanese businesses in Indonesia.- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Hospitality sector.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and community management.
