**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute customized marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Go-to-Market Sales team. These campaigns will be tailored for key accounts to enhance engagement and accelerate revenue growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnership activities, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and communicate ROI to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to pinpoint opportunities for new or expanded partnerships.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on market insights and company objectives to maintain a competitive edge and meet evolving customer needs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic and executional alignment across departments.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Website content management, maintenance and governance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content and materials specifically designed for partner channels and key accounts.
- Oversee the ABM content lifecycle from conceptualization through to delivery, ensuring content is impactful, aligns with overall campaign goals, and is consistent across various platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a growth marketing or partnerships role, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and account management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful events partnership and account-based marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to improve marketing campaign performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
