As the Marketing Officer, you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by implementing and overseeing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Your role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify target audiences and devise plans to effectively reach and engage them.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and conventional outlets.

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
- Work closely with sales, business development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful event execution.
- Gather insights and collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Support the monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. planning and execution of events, both virtual and physical, to promote brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
- Performing other duties as assigned
**Qualification**:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, and Communication are preferable.
- Having a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in related functions for a project-based company
- Having a positive innovative, attitude, open-mindedness, motivation, and willingness to learn
- Must have an excellent interpesonal skill to prioritize in changing environtment.
- Ability to work as team player in a multinational environtment within a Matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team player.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Skill in creative writing and passionate to explore more.
