**Responsibilities**:
As Public Relations & Partnership Manager is is a professional who is in charge ofmanaging an organization's communication initiatives with medias.
Their duties include overseeing a team of public relations professionals to delegate tasks, writing or editing press releases prior to publication, and helping their company organize events such as conferences that involve their industry and the local community and to create and nurture long-term relationships with ourpartner.
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seekinghigh-level placements in print, broadcast and online media also mapping the partner who can give the benefit to the company
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Direct social media team to engage audience across traditional and new media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on aquarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership
- Developing a strong understanding on clients and partners offerings and business models
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with businessobjectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience in public relations required
- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
- Experience in acting as a company spokes person ;comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Event planning experience
- Experience working with a familiarity of B2B& B2B2C models
- Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships-strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and business trend and excellent communication skills.
- Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
- A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders ofvarious hierarchies
- Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
- Minimum 3 years of work experiences in strategic partnerships/BD or Public Relations
