Marketing Promotion Executive (Mpe)

Job Desk:
1. Develop and implement event marketing aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience.

2. Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels : communities, events and partnerships.

3. Increase new consumer through various channels : communities, events and partnerships.

4. Identify, collaborate, and evaluate with external partners, influencers and organizations to enhance promotional efforts.

5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create event concepts, themes and promotional campaigns.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing consumer to increase sales revenue.

7. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi:
1. Min High Schools (SMA/SMK). 2. Male or female, with a minimum age of 25 years (own motorcycle). 3. Proven experience in marketing promotion, campaign management, or a similar role. 4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, promotional strategies and consumer behavior. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative promotional ideas. 7. Accustomed to targeting metrics such as the number of new consumers and sales revenue. 8. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Gaji: Rp4.400.000 - Rp4.525.000 per bulan
