**PT VALDO SUMBER DAYA MANDIRI is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.**
PT VALDO SUMBER DAYA MANDIRI is a fast-growing, Englishtown, NJ based company that provides a wide range of services to its customers. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team. This position is responsible for the sales and marketing of our products and services.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact with potential customers through closing of sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through communication, sales, and service.
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop new product offerings.
- Manage the sales process for new accounts as well as managing accounts in the open market.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed in conjunction with the overall sales process.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, web pages, etc.
- Manage the development of PT VALDO SUMBER DAYA MANDIRI's website.
- Oversee the sales process for existing customers as well as new accounts through closing of sales and invoicing customer orders.
- Ensure that all invoices are properly billed and charged against company credit card processor.
- Oversee the development of customer letters, letters to customers, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Administration or Sales Management preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to interact with all levels within the organization; ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills are required; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is expected.*

Upah: Rp6.362.800 - Rp7.034.200 per tahun
