Marketing - Semarang

- Work closely with key stakeholders and support functions (internal and external) to develop communications and engagement initiatives that will grow our demand
- Identify opportunities, design and implement the end-to-end execution of campaigns, to grow the business.
- Deliver high-quality work across creative, BD & operation teams that aim to address the above, including content or collaterals that could support the development of strategy to grow demand
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Manager

**Requirement**:

- **Have minimum 1+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, and related field**:

- Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Google Suites, and Other Project management tools
- **Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalised into impactful marketing campaign execution.

- **Familiar with the entire marketing mix - how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp3,060,000 - Rp5,900,000 per month
