**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our tutoring programs and services, targeting students and parents.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, by sharing valuable educational content, testimonials, and success stories.
- Collaborate with our academic team to showcase our tutoring methodology and curriculum through digital and print materials.
- Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and webinars to attract new students and engage with our current student base.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic and social media engagement to optimize our marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the education industry and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, including students, parents, and educators.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for finding innovative ways to promote our tutoring services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
