Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a bonus.
- Previous experience in marketing, either through internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities, is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Meta title and SEO experience is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Salary**: Rp4,766,325 - Rp11,121,425 per month
