Marketing Strategist & Insight Senior Manager

**PURPOSE**:
Partnering with brand & marketing (B&M), customer experience (CX) and corporate communication (Cor-Comm), Marketing Strategist & Insight is responsible for coordinating the B&M, CX and Cor-Comm business plan, integrating and monitoring all related KPIs, complete extensive research to identify new marketing opportunities, innovation, and competitor analysis - related to B&M, CX and Cor-Comm.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Coordinate B&M, CX & Cor-Comm business plan development and make sure it aligns with the overall group and companywide strategy.
- Conduct research & analyze data - Understanding market trends, performing in-depth research, compiling data, and discovering potential gaps and market

opportunities for the future development of ongoing strategies.
- Generate concepts for improved strategies - Coming up with innovative ideas is planning and overall strategy process
- Coordinating the process of tracking and measuring marketing outcomes including marketing tactics, new leads, marketing activities, and ROI (Departmental regular dashboard, BOD & BOC Meeting, Leaders Meeting, etc).
- Supporting the Head of Marketing to design and implement unique marketing strategies that are aligned with FWD business targets and corporate goals.

**Requirements**:

- University/Master's Degree
- Minimum 5-6 years in marketing

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Rp60,000,000 per month
