Marketing Supervisor

Job Description
Supervising strategic procurement, supplier relationships, and internal stakeholder collaboration for all marketing services, encompassing advertising/creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer marketing, and experiential marketing, in connection with the company's product line.
Supervising strategic sourcing endeavors tailored to specific categories of marketing services.
Executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and bolster product development, contributing to the company's expansion.
Running the management of digital media campaigns, content, and strategies, all aligned with corporate objectives.
Enhancing both sales and brand recognition for the company through a combination of online and offline marketing efforts.
Disseminating the company's message across diverse social media platforms and various online channels.

Requirement
Bachelor / Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communication
Have min. 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
Experience in FMCG industry will be a plus
Good communication and negotiation skills
Creative, innovative and good analytical thinking
Willing to work in Tangerang.
