**Key Responsibilities**:

- Put into practice data-driven marketing strategies, relying on analytics and insights to enhance campaigns, spot growth prospects, and boost ROI
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver a seamless consumer journey, integrating online and offline touchpoints to create an exceptional omnichannel experience aligned with brand planning.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies to enhance online customer experiences.
- Keep abreast of market developments, new technologies, and CRM best practices to keep our company at the forefront of technological advancement.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end CRM across all channels
- Possess an analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
- Prior experience in using CRM tools (including but not limited to Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.).
- Possess a solid online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channel knowledge, and conversion rate optimization).
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast learner.
- Posses the leadership /project management, interpersonal skills, and operational ability to manage the team
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports & insights of the campaign performance.
