Job Description Summary:- Ensure production in Marsho Plant is normal to meet the quality and quantity of production according to procedure.**Job Description**:- Responsible to coordinate and ensure the running of the production process in Margarine is integrated to ensure the achievement of production targets on demand by optimizing the cost, quality and timeliness set.- Responsible to coordinate production planning with the PPIC section.- Responsible for the running of the production process in accordance with standard operating procedures and applicable quality- Responsible for the smooth supervision of the production process that meets the needs of customers IBU and NBU.- Responsible in timely and effective handling for production problems arising in the processing of customer needs IBU and NBU.- Responsible in the safety / safety (people & plant), cleanliness.- Responsible in maintaining and keeping the Company's rules and obligations executed with full awareness in line with the rights received by employees.- Maintain and keep working discipline in full awareness.- Responsible for maintaining and preserving all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the workplace environment.- Conduct safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.- Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.Job Requirement:- Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent from reputable University.- Have 10-12 years experience in related field, Margarine & Shortening (Marsho).- Have experience in Production of Marsho.- Good leadership, strategic thinking, analytical thinking.- Good Interpersonal skill.- Willing to work in Marunda"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
