Material & Management Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Review and analyze vendors to be proposed in tender processes.
- Carry out routine checks (stock taking) of material inventory to avoid material stock out and it is no longer usable.
- Coordinate with users (Building Maintenance) and related Warehouse Staff regarding the maximum and minimum stock of goods in the warehouse according to needs.
- Conduct an analysis of all incoming requests for goods/services from all sections so that they are in accordance with the approved budget.
- Coordinate and seek solutions with related parties (TRM, Users, Vendors, Finance, etc.) in relation to constraints/problems that may hinder the fulfillment of requests for goods/services.
- Check the recording reports carried out by the Warehouse Staff so that they are in accordance with the applicable procedures.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality Control.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
