Material Management Coordinator Itc Mangga Dua

**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan, organize, and control the flow of material from their initial purchase to the service point through distribution.
- Analyze materials needs for building/mall operations.
- Make a purchase order, work order (SPK) for outsourcing, and budget plan.
- Seeking vendor or potential business partner to provide material for building/mall.
- Keep detailed records on materials quantity, specifications, etc.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Cost Control/ Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator in Consultant or Contractor or Property Developer (especially for Mechanical Electrical).
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
- Have the ability to organize job priorities.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
