**Job Descriptions**:

- Carry out BM work in the maintenance, improvement and supervision of the building condition, facilities, infrastructure and infrastructure, especially for mechanical and electrical building equipment.
- Liaise and coordinate with electrical technicians and other related party.
- Ensure that all equipment in proper condition and can work normally.
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve electricity dispute and complaint from tenants.
- Operate all electrical means on a predetermined schedule.
- Create daily reports of work according to procedures such as: logbook, equipment history card (KRP), logsheet, Electrical KWH record, water flow meter to engineering administration section.
- Operate electrical support equipment and installations at the time the building's operating hours begin and turn off when the building's operational hours are over.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in related field (preferably with mall background).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
