Mechanical Coordinator - Itc Mangga Dua

**Job Descriptions**:- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.- Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 1 year of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).- Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.- Good communication and hardworking nature.- Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Jakarta Utara.
