Mechanization & Technical Coordinator

Job Description:- Coordinate with VPA, RC, EM, Technical Asst, Agronomy assistant and Mechanization Implementation Area 1/ Area 2 related to mechanization implementation- Propose, implement and monitoring of budget align with mechanization implementation program- Ensure control and monitoring of mechanization implementation in PSM level to ensure target for cost efficiency and productivity are achieved- Monitor daily mechanization usage and availability and provide inputs & support to Technical Assistant to speedup maintenance & repair- Coordinate with Mechanization Implementation Area 1/ Area 2 to capture mechanization ideas as needed from the operation- Ensure mechanic availability ratio vs equipment- Deliver training to operations, prior to initial roll out of standardize mechanizationJob Requirement:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical- Having min 6 years of working experience as same position, in agribusiness company- Good in analytical thinking- Willing to be located in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Papua"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
