Media Assistant, Print Media

We are looking for a Media Assistant, Print Media who performs all tasks involved in the Print News monitoring products. These include scanning, news searching, editing, data entry, and consistently high standards of translation quality. To follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible, which includes providing a consistently timely delivery and ensuring the products are always at a high standard of quality.
- Completion of all works within the timeline and the time parameters is set based on SLA and company target.
- Scanning, news searching, editing, data entry and consistently high standard of translation quality.
- Ensures high quality and relevancy of translation - translation is clear, concise and free of typographical errors
- Maintain a high level of work quality with zero human error.
- Communicate and escalate any issues with operations, quality or delivery to the Team Leader or Press Manager in a timely manner.
- Reacts effectively & quickly to any technical issues that could impede delivery time.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- **Willingness to work as early as 5AM / 5:30 AM**:

- Knowledge in MS office, especially Excel and Word.
- **Has media monitoring experience**:

- Positive attitude, meticulous, proactive, integrity, enthusiastic and able to work efficiently under minimum supervision.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil.
